2. User Content & Conduct

• You are responsible for the images you upload and the prompts you enter.

• You agree not to generate content that is illegal, pornographic, promotes violence, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

• We reserve the right to ban users who violate these safety guidelines.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Our app allows you to copy prompts to ChatGPT/Gemini and share images to WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content once it leaves our app or for the terms of those third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

The app’s design, code, and features are owned by Prompter. Ownership of AI-generated images depends on current local laws; however, you are granted a license to use the images you create for personal and commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app or your reliance on the AI-generated content.
